75% - Website Migration & CMS Build Support
- Assist full-time staff with migrating existing campus websites into the KU Sunflower CMS. Duties include rebuilding pages, transferring and formatting content, updating links, placing images and documents, reviewing page structure, and helping ensure migrated sites meet KU web, accessibility, and content standards.
10% - Website Maintenance & Development Support
- Assist campus staff with designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining websites in the KU Sunflower CMS. This may include routine content updates, layout adjustments, navigation updates, and general site maintenance.
10% - Web Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist in providing service and support to campus staff for web-related technical issues. Duties may include troubleshooting CMS questions, reviewing reported site issues, documenting completed fixes, and escalating more complex requests to full-time staff when needed.
5% - CMS Training & Documentation Support
- Assist with basic training and documentation for campus staff using the KU Sunflower CMS, including helping explain editing workflows, content entry practices, and standard CMS procedures.
