Join our crew as a Delivery Helper / Warehouse Associate, where your day will be a mix of warehouse organization, appliance handling, and supporting delivery operations-without being in the driver's seat every day.
What You'll Do:
Warehouse Responsibilities (Primary Role):
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming appliance inventory.
  • Safely move, stage, and prepare appliances for outgoing delivery routes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
  • Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other tools to handle heavy appliances.
  • Perform basic equipment checks and assist with general warehouse upkeep.
  • Help track inventory and report damaged or missing items to supervisors.

Delivery Helper Duties (As Needed):
  • Ride along with delivery drivers to assist in unloading and installing appliances at customer locations.
  • Help ensure accurate deliveries by double-checking orders and confirming items with customers.
  • Safely lift and maneuver heavy appliances in and out of homes or businesses.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service during every delivery.
  • Occasionally drive a 26' box truck if needed (must meet driving requirements).

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (required)
  • Experience as a Delivery Helper, Warehouse Associate, or Material Handler (preferred)
  • 2 yrs of driving box truck preferred for days when needed to help in Delivery
  • Valid DOT Medical Card Required
  • Mechanical or hands-on skills a plus
  • Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance and equipment
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
