Embark on a rewarding assignment working in a dynamic healthcare environment supporting patient care through diagnostic imaging. Skilled professionals with experience in general ultrasound are needed to perform sonography procedures, ensuring accurate, high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Proficient in general ultrasound imaging techniques and protocols
  • Previous experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer preferred
  • Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and cross-sectional imaging
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
  • Ability to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety standards
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general ultrasound procedures for patients as ordered by physicians
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring their comfort and privacy
  • Safely operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to standards
  • Review images for clarity, making adjustments as necessary before submitting to radiologists
