Job description

Position: Table Game Dealer Hourly: $11.00 per hour + tips & Shift/Weekend Differential, if applicable Location: Gaming Division Reports to: Table Games Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Deal various table games accurately and efficiently while following house procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service in line with company policies.
  • Calculate and distribute payouts to winning bets promptly and accurately.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality according to departmental standards.
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies, rules, and regulations, including those related to a drug-free workplace.
  • Continuously adapt to changes in policies, procedures, and gaming rules as required.

Qualifications & Education:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required if you are aged 19 and under.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Mohican Nation Gaming License.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB) and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Flexible availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with diverse personalities.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience dealing with table games preferred.
  • Ability to perform intermediate math and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Paid training provided for table games.
  • Shift differentials are available for dealers certified in poker or craps.
  • Must be comfortable working in a casino environment with higher noise levels.
  • Physically and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive hand motions.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
  • Constant hand movements and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Physically requires of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive hand motions.
  • Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, color vision, and depth perception.
  • The work environment is smoke-free; and dust and noise levels vary depending upon area.
