Job description

Cage Cashier

bestbet St. Augustine - 800 Market Place Dr. St. Augustine, FL 32084 (State Road 207 and Interstate 95)

Overall Responsibilities:

Performs cash-outs and buy-ins of poker chips and currency. Must handle these transactions accurately, honestly and in a professional manner. Cashiers also work in support of the poker room, providing service including, but not limited to, tournament registration, customer service, and cash advances.

Full time positions available, 30-40 hours per week:

· Nights/Closing: Sun – Thu 930pm-430am, Fri/Sat 1130pm-730am

· Mid-shift: Sun-Friday 330pm-1030p/1130p

· Must be available to work weekends

Rate:

estimated $15-$17 per hour

· $11.00 hourly rate plus tip share

· Tip share is estimated to be $8-$10 per hour

** Tip share will vary week-to-week

Requirements:

· Must be able to obtain Cardroom license through FGCC (cost $136.00)

· Must possess basic math skills.

· Must be energetic, outgoing and be able to relate well to co-workers and patrons.

· Requires frequent lifting, bending, pulling and pushing up to 50 lbs.

· Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time is required.

· Indoor climate-controlled environment which is occasionally loud.

· Light data entry and clerical work.

· Customer service and cash handling experience is a plus.
