We are seeking an experiencedย SQL DBAย to manage, maintain, and optimize database systems. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance tuning, security, and reliability ofย SQL Serverย databases in a production environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoftย SQL Serverย databases
  • Monitor database performance and implement performance tuning strategies
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) solutions like Always On, clustering, replication
  • Perform database backup and recovery operations
  • Manage database security, access control, and compliance
  • Troubleshoot database issues, bottlenecks, and failures
  • Plan and execute database upgrades and patches
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for deployments
  • Automate routine DBA tasks using scripts (T-SQL, PowerShell)
  • Maintain documentation for database configurations and processes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoftย SQL Serverย (2012/2016/2019/2022)
