About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and scale highly reliable systems that support critical business functions. In this role, you will work on complex engineering challenges, leveraging modern technologies and AI-driven development practices to deliver high-quality solutions at scale and with speed.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and optimize applications, contribute to technical strategy, and drive engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, React, and database technologies.
  • Build and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support enterprise security and authentication requirements.
  • Analyze complex technical problems, evaluate multiple solution approaches, and deliver innovative, scalable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product stakeholders, and business partners to define requirements and implement solutions.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and automation to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to system architecture, technical design reviews, and engineering best practices.
