Job description

  • SRE & Automation: 6–8 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer with a heavy focus on building automation tools.

  • AI/LLM Integration: Must have experience (or strong capability) designing AI/ML and LLM-based solutions to automate incident triage and create summaries.

  • Coding & IaC: Strong Python development skills (building services, CLIs, scripts) and Infrastructure as Code (specifically Terraform).

  • Observability: Advanced hands-on experience with Splunk or New Relic for monitoring dashboards, health checks, and alerting.

  • Logistics: Hybrid onsite in Miami, FL (Monday–Thursday in-office). Requires 24x7 on-call rotation participation 1-2 times per month.
