Upstairs, our clubhouse is dedicated to Intelligent Leisure, with three floors of dining, cultural programming, and spaces for our members to spend their free time intentionally and well. From our traditional sit-down restaurant to the vinyl listening room, there's a little something special for every personality. Down at Bedrock, the club's fitness and wellness destination, we've cultivated a hub of Physical Culture–two levels of premium gym facilities, aquatics, spa, and recovery experiences. Together, Moss and Bedrock create a holistic environment where members can move, restore, and connect in a refined, community-focused setting.

We are seeking a part-time, polished, detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join the Bedrock Spa team for late evening shifts. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating a serene, impeccably maintained environment and thrives during the late hours of the day. Schedules will vary based on business needs, offering an opportunity to support the guest experience at the most tranquil start of each day.

Spa Attendants play a key role in creating a welcoming, serene, and immaculate environment for our members and guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-oriented setting, values attention to detail, and is passionate about wellness and luxury hospitality. 

COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION:

The hourly wage for this position is $23.00 per hour.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), you are eligible for overtime pay at one and a half times your regular rate for all hours worked over 40 in a single workweek.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of all spa and wellness areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, fitness center, and locker rooms.
  • Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless and elevated spa experience.
  • Assist therapists and practitioners by preparing treatment rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining linens and amenities.
  • Monitor spa facilities to ensure safety, comfort, and readiness for use at all times.
  • Replenish towels, beverages, and guest amenities throughout the spa and wellness areas.
  • Support spa operations with laundry, inventory organization, and supply ordering as needed.
  • Communicate with the Assistant Bedrock Manager and team to ensure guest requests and needs are promptly fulfilled.
  • Uphold all sanitation and hygiene protocols in accordance with spa and health standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1–2 years of experience in luxury spa, wellness, fitness, or hospitality environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
  • Warm, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • CPR/AED certification preferred.
