Job description

Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day Operations of the Word of Life Florida RV Park.

Core Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the FL RV Park
    • Work with the Asst. VP of Florida Ministries in finance and operational needs of the RV Park.
    • Maintain daily communication with the Asst. VP of FL Ministries and the Director of Florida Operations.
    • Participate in FL Leadership meetings as needed.

Training needed:

  • Basic understanding of the WOL Financial system.
  • Understanding of FL laws for Park Model Setup
  • Understanding of FL laws for Park Model permitting.

Qualifications

Must possess the personal drive and the ability to see projects through to execution and have the ability to use standard office technology efficiently (Outlook, Excel, Word), along with the ability to track and manage multiple details and priorities.

This job requires the staff member to lift boxes that weigh up to 30 pounds on occasion. It may also require bending, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, grasping, and repetitive motions.

  • A clear-cut personal testimony of faith in Christ.
  • Agreement with Word of Life's vision, mission, Statement of Faith, and Standard of Conduct.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in the ministry responsibilities is mentioned below.
  • A background in Management is preferable, along with the ability to work with people.
  • A graduate of the First or 2nd Year of the Word of Life Bible Institute and Bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • An understanding of Ministry, Business Management, Projects, and Finance.
