Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Visiting Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care. The RN will conduct insulin administration, perform skilled nursing assessments, and provide wound care services during scheduled home visits.
Responsibilities 
  • Administer insulin injections safely and according to physician orders
  • Perform comprehensive RN assessments
  • Provide wound care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team or physician
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care coordinators
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in California
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • First aid/CPR certification required
