Help and Hope Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and, if needed, diagnoses utilizing recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create tailored care plans that resonate with cultural diversity and specific needs of our patients.
  • Regularly track and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions and strategies as necessary to support ongoing mental health improvement.
  • Ensure timely and precise maintenance of patient records, reports, and clinical insights through current technology, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.
  • Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary team members to establish a holistic treatment plan that reflects patients' unique needs and desired outcomes.
  • Develop actionable treatment objectives in conjunction with patients and their families, proactively addressing areas for safety and symptom management.
  • Nurture professional relationships with patients, treatment providers, and other referral agencies, facilitating seamless communication and support.
  • Mentor and educate students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the community.
  • Collaboratively engage in peer reviews, clinical discussions, and chart audits under supervision, enhancing team member development and service quality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
  • Strong command of best practices in mental health care, with a nuanced understanding of the aging process, developmental stages, and cultural competencies.
  • Three years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or health care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
