Job Summary:
Tranzeal Incorporated is a company focused on providing technical strategy and solutions for performance optimization. The Quality Analyst III will lead the technical strategy for performance testing in a cloud-native environment, focusing on system optimization and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the technical strategy for cloud-native performance testing and optimization for OneView applications (OVBS/OVSS) hosted on GCP.
• Focus on high-volume transactions and data-heavy workflows (e.g., loading historical lab values, rendering patient metrics, pulling data from Spanner, etc.).
• Leverage industry standards and statistical concepts to analyze large datasets, identify performance degradation, and forecast system behavior under peak clinic hours.
• Lead a team of 4-5 Performance Engineers, providing guidance on strategy, solutioning, and advanced execution using tools like LRE, JMeter or Gatling
• Communicate complex technical findings, risks, and Performance metrics to PEX management and executive leadership in broad settings with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Performance testing.
• Expert-level knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) observability and performance tuning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present to IT stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing a small team of engineers in a high-pressure, clinical, or financial environment.
