Revenue Operations Managerย 

About This Role

Design Pickle is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Revenue Operations Manager to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM system and its integrations to various platforms to improve the companyโ€™s lead generation performance and level of sales enablement.

You will use your technical and analytical skills to manage and optimize our CRM architecture and decisioning, technology infrastructure, data hygiene, and reporting & analytics. You will help develop, maintain, and optimize integrations and APIs to facilitate seamless data flow across our platforms to ensure the highest degree of financial and operational data accuracy, as this data will be used on a daily basis by our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Global Operations, and Finance teams.

You will also provide training, 1:1 coaching to Customer Success and Sales team members, and ongoing support for all internal stakeholders at Design Pickle to ensure a thorough understanding and the proper use of all systems and tools.

Specific to your role, weโ€™re looking for individuals who have...

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
  • 3+ years of experience with Hubspot Enterprise CRM (HubSpot certified admin is preferred)
  • Expertise in API development, integrations, and advanced workflow logic
  • Hands-on experience in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript preferred) and comfortable writing custom-coded logic
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) and technical teams (e.g. Product, Engineering)
  • Proven ability to quickly identify and solve ambiguous problems with close attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to earn trust across the company

Nice to have

  • Experience working at a high-growth technology company is a plus

Key Objectives and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Own HubSpot administration and manage integrations across our core revenue-related systems (e.g. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Stripe, Intercom, Clay, Revenue Hero, IPQS, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to design and optimize GTM processes, ensuring strong alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline Revenue Operations processes, reducing manual effort
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between different platforms to maintain data integrity and accuracy, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company to properly structure data to support key insights and reporting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations from data analysis to VP of Sales & Customer Success, resulting in smarter decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline management for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring accuracy across net new business, upsell, and renewals

The compensation range for this position is up to $100,000 - 125,000. The actual salary offer made to a candidate will be made with mindful consideration of a wide range of factors. These factors include but are not limited to skills, qualifications, education/knowledge, experience, and alignment with market data for a given location within the US. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions. This salary data is for our US-based positions only.
