Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients across various age groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with all documentation and billing protocols.
• Manage your schedule efficiently by coordinating ongoing appointments with clients, utilizing digital calendars to stay organized.
• Engage in a thorough intake process, taking a holistic approach to understand the unique backgrounds and clinical presentations of each client.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share strategies and insights, enhancing the quality of care provided within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from different age groups, socioeconomic statuses, and backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the impacts of substance use. A special emphasis is placed on couples therapy, where your skills can significantly assist partners in navigating their emotional landscapes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently.
• Professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competence are essential traits necessary for success in this role.
• Self-motivation and good organizational skills are crucial for managing your own client caseload effectively.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience

• Experience and training in couples therapy is highly valued and will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process.
• Prior experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations enhances your suitability for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation, health insurance, and support from management.
