• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual and couples therapy to clients across a diverse age range, encompassing varying levels of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Coordinate and schedule ongoing therapy appointments, fostering a robust therapeutic alliance as you work closely with clients to meet their unique mental health needs.
• Utilize a specialized billing service that effectively manages claims, communicates with clients regarding insurance, and implements payment plans, allowing you to focus on clinical responsibilities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in addressing a wide array of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders and relationship issues, adapting therapeutic modalities as needed for optimal outcomes.

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples dealing with addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for this position.

• Available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least 2 evening sessions weekly to accommodate client needs.

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
