Compensation: $100 - $300/hour pay
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
As a Forensic Psychiatrist and bring your specialized expertise to groundbreaking intersections of behavioral health, criminal justice, and technology. In this role, you will apply your clinical and forensic acumen in environments such as prisons, state hospitals, and court systems, while contributing directly to the training of advanced AI models that support forensic psychiatry.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  1. Offer specialized knowledge in forensic psychiatry to assist in training and evaluating AI systems.
  2. Examine, assess, and annotate case materials and clinical scenarios to verify the accuracy of psychiatric and legal concepts.
  3. Analyze AI-generated outputs and provide expert feedback to enhance clinical, ethical, and legal accuracy.
  4. Share insights on competency evaluations, criminal accountability, and assessments of violence risk to improve model understanding.
  5. Work alongside AI researchers and content teams to optimize prompts, datasets, and training resources.
  6. Ensure AI outputs conform to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and practices in forensic mental health.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Medical Doctor (MD) with a completed residency in psychiatry.
  2. Proven experience in forensic psychiatric environments such as correctional facilities, state hospitals, or courts.
  3. Expertise in providing testimony, writing reports, and communicating in courtroom settings.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of criminal justice systems and mental health legislation.
  5. Proficient in behavioral analysis, risk evaluation, and treatment planning.
  6. Strong skills in collaboration, analysis, and ethical decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Board certification in forensic psychiatry.
  2. Previous experience in developing or training AI models.
  3. Publications in forensic psychiatry or related fields.
