Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough assessments and clinical evaluations for clients, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions to meet their individual needs.
• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions across a range of ages, applying various therapeutic approaches to support emotional and psychological well-being.
• Maintain timely and accurate client records and notes, leveraging the electronic medical record (EMR) system provided.
• Develop and manage a consistent appointment schedule, ensuring clear communication with clients regarding ongoing sessions.
• Utilize a billing service to handle claims, client accounts receivable, and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on clinical responsibilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. The focus will be on providing therapeutic support for both individual and couple-related issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required, with active LCSW licensure to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
