• Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing sudden mental health emergencies, utilizing evidence-based practices and swift diagnostic techniques.
• Provide immediate counseling and supportive services to clients in distress, ensuring a compassionate and responsive approach that prioritizes their unique needs.
• Coordinate efforts with law enforcement and emergency personnel as necessary to ensure client safety during crises.

This role focuses on individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, particularly those related to addiction, trauma, and emotional distress. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation in counseling practices.
• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation, demonstrating credentialing necessary for practice.
• Minimum of three years of recent experience providing crisis intervention and mental health counseling, showcasing your expertise in high-pressure environments.
