Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance that accommodates your personal and professional needs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with opportunities for telehealth interactions. Our community health clinic environment emphasizes collaboration, with regular virtual meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose client needs, followed by creating and implementing tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing high-quality therapy that encompasses both individual needs and family dynamics.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, including updates to treatment plans and session notes, following company guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and external service providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic approaches and interventions to aid clients in reaching and surpassing their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Mind Bliss Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, children, and families navigating a variety of mental health challenges. This includes issues related to relationship dynamics, behavioral problems in children and adolescents, and mental health treatments for mood disorders. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong foundational knowledge of family systems theory, therapy modalities, and available community resources.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and collaborative efforts with the team.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate appropriate behavior when interacting with clients.

Preferred Experience

• A proven track record of successfully creating and managing treatment plans for a variety of client demographics, including children, couples, and families.
• Experience with mental health documentation, including diagnostic assessments (DAs) and clinical case notes.
• Familiarity with direct client billing practices, particularly fee collection at the point of service.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in utilizing creativity and innovation in therapeutic interventions to enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
