Job description

Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? Brown Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Customer Support team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and multiple service platforms
  • Efficiently switch between platforms and systems while assisting customers
  • Handle multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Resolve issues in a timely and positive manner
    Follow company procedures and meet performance expectations

Requirements

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays 

  • Ability to quickly switch between multiple platforms and applications
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
