Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to clients experiencing addiction, mental health issues, and other challenges, implementing targeted therapeutic approaches.
• Develop and execute personalized service plans that reflect clients' aspirations and measurable goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.
• Act as a fierce advocate for clients by ensuring their access to necessary resources and services, while championing their rights within the healthcare and social service systems.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and reporting of programs aimed at enhancing service delivery, including assisting in grant applications.
• Engage with community organizations, governmental agencies, and volunteers to build a robust support network that enhances service availability and quality.
• Participate actively in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Change Makers LLC, you will primarily work with individuals and families dealing with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and socio-economic challenges. The clients you serve are often from marginalized backgrounds, requiring a trauma-informed and empathetic approach to promote healing and empowerment. Your role will significantly impact their journeys towards recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and a solid understanding of social justice principles.
• Exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to foster empathetic relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively within a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus will be offered to assist with your transition into our dedicated team.
