The Huckeye Health Recovery Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team in Aurora, Colorado. Work Environment

This position will operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule based on client needs. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes case managers, medical personnel, and other therapists, all dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Regular team meetings and case consultations will facilitate open communication and support among colleagues. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans for individual clients.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy services while utilizing telehealth platforms as needed.
  • Document session details, including treatment plans and case notes, following best practices and company policy for ongoing assessments and client progress.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating compassion and understanding while helping clients navigate their therapeutic journey.
  • Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to enhance client engagement and help them achieve and exceed their personal goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including case managers and educators, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure smooth transitions in treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will address a range of mental health concerns, from behavioral issues to familial conflict and substance use disorders. Your expertise in family therapy services and familiarity with community resources will significantly impact the lives of those you serve.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong knowledge of therapy techniques, evidence-based practices, and ethical guidelines in the mental health field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical documentation, including developing treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries while demonstrating authentic support and rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
  • Familiarity with medical billing practices and experience with fee collection processes at the time of service.
  • Knowledge of community resources available for mental health support and collaboration.
  • Experience creating and implementing treatment plans within a therapeutic context.
Compensation and Benefits
