HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinic in Fort Hood, TX

Schedule:

Full-Time - Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm

Part-Time - Monday-Friday (at least 3 consistent days/week) afternoons 4:00pm-6pm  

Compensation:

Hourly rates between $22-$26/hour

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors
  • Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
  • Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
  • Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school/national equivalent.

  • Must have valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
