What are hourly ramp agents?

Hourly ramp agents are ground crew members at airports responsible for handling aircraft on the tarmac. Their duties include loading and unloading baggage, guiding planes in and out of gates, operating ground support equipment, and ensuring the safe and timely movement of aircraft.
