Job description


As a Senior Software Engineer on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you'll design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable cloud services that power our global authentication and authorization systems. You'll contribute to the technical direction of key projects, write high-quality code, and collaborate closely with engineers across multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native services and microservices.
  • Build highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
  • Participate in software design reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Analyze system performance and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, and partner engineering teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and documentation.
  • Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and development processes.

Required Technical Skills
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C++, Python, or a similar language.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
