Classification: Contract

Contract Length: 12 Months

Position Summary

The Python Developer/Consulting-Level will be part of the team in Nashville, TN. In this role you will support a data integration project involving the Genesys call system and Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions.
  • Provide Python development for an ongoing project involving data extraction from the Genesys call system via APIs into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for normalization and reporting.
  • Assist with development for transition to API-driven data handling critical for improving data accessibility and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience with Python development
  • 10+ years experience with APIs
  • Previous experience with GCP and Airflow
  • Preferably some knowledge of the Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center system
