Philips seeks motivated graduates for the Graduate Development Program (GDP) in AI & Data. The program accelerates talent through hands-on projects, mentorship, and structured learning on enterprise AI and data initiatives.

Participants complete two ~1-year rotations in Services & Solutions Delivery and Commercial Operations, gaining experience in enterprise analytics, customer operations, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions. Ideal for curious, analytical, and collaborative candidates passionate about applying AI to healthcare.

Your role:

  • Explore and apply Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT to real-world business problems, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of outputs.Leverage Copilot Studio to build, test, and deploy AI-powered assistants that enhance productivity andinsights.
  • Develop andoptimizePython-based workflows for AI-driven data analysis, automation, and business intelligence.
  • Partner with business leaders toidentifyopportunities where generative AI and advanced analytics can accelerate marketing, sales, and operational impact.Mine internal and external data sources to train, test, andvalidateAI models while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Translate complex AI and data findings into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making.Create compelling dashboards, visualizations, and prototypes (Power BI, or custom tools) toshowcaseAI-enhanced recommendations.

You're the right fit if:

  • Currentlypursuing a bachelor's ormaster's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or AI/ML
  • Skilled in Python (or R) with knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, or generative AI applications, especially ChatGPT and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with prompt engineering to improve AI/LLM performance is strongly preferred.Experience using modern BI tools (with a preference on experience w/Power BI) to communicate data-driven insights.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, withan eagernessto explore new AI techniques.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in (Tennessee) the salary range is $66,000-$105,000, The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
