What is an hourly proposal writer?

An Hourly Proposal Writer is a professional who creates business proposals, grant applications, or bids for projects and services, and is compensated based on an hourly rate rather than a fixed project fee or salary. They work with clients or organizations to draft, edit, and refine proposals that meet specific requirements and deadlines. Hourly Proposal Writers may work independently as freelancers or as part of a company's team, and their responsibilities often include researching, writing, and ensuring the proposal's compliance with guidelines.
