Fully onsite in Washington DC.

Description:

Marathon TS is looking to hire a contract Sr. PMO Analyst. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the OCFO Program Management Office to help maintain continued financial systems integrity and financial management goals to include, sound federal accounting practices, audit/compliance, best-in-class customer service to its stakeholders, and effective fiscal stewardship of public funds.
  • Assist with monitoring, tracking, reporting various tasks/activities, coordinating/facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholder, follow-up with meeting minutes/action items, drafting various reports.
  • Provide program management support to a team, as needed, that helps the OCFO with Financial System Compliance; Risk and Issue Management; Oversight of the NCMFS Help Desk; Facilitating DOL agency outreach on behalf of NCFMS users; Communicating with internal/external stakeholders; Oversight of the program year; and fiscal year system and operational closing; System Development Life Cycle Oversight for NCFMS and ensuring all testing is performed; Oversight of implementation of regulatory Federal financial system requirements; Oversight of NCFMS scope, schedule, and cost through an integrated project schedule; and Facilitating and documenting results from the Integrated Project Teams (IPT), representing each of the DOL Business Process Areas and selected functional areas.

Must have:

  • At least 3-years experience in a similar role supporting a federal agency
  • Familiarity with SDLC, CCB/Change Control Process, Governance
  • Well organized, self-motivated, and attention to details
  • Excellent MS Office
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with pro-active with "can-do” attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of ownership working independently and/or with team members

Good to Have but not required

  • Prior Department of Labor Experience
  • Experience in federal financial management/accounting practices
  • Prior USSGL/Oracle E-Business Suite

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five (5) years general work experience
  • Three (3) years of specialized work experience

CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • background investigation will be conducted (NACI/SSBI)

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Onsite at DOL HQ
