  • Collaborate and contribute to the development of video scope, sequence, and structure in alignment with product vision, ministry objectives, and the needs of parish audiences.
  • Collaborate with content teams in script and outline development with writers and presenters, ensuring clarity, theological and catechetical effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency across video, print, and promotional assets.
  • Identify creative approaches that effectively communicate Catholic teaching and meet the practical needs of parish ministry.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of parish video projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external production partners.
  • Develop video project budgets within the Product Financial Analysis framework.
  • Manage production logistics, including scheduling, crew coordination, location planning, travel, and equipment needs, ensuring that all production comes within budget.
  • Source, coordinate, and direct external talent, contractors, and production partners as needed.
  • Oversee shoot preparation and on-set execution, including shot lists, production schedules, crew coordination, and other production needs.
  • Coordinate post-production workflows, working with editors, animators, designers, and other creative partners to ensure that content deadlines are met and that post-production comes within budget.
  • Review video edits and provide feedback to ensure alignment with creative vision, product goals, and instructional or ministry objectives.
  • Oversee the selection of music, graphics, and other creative assets that support the final product.
  • Ensure final deliverables are formatted and prepared for distribution across platforms.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and production workflows to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Track expenses, coordinate contracts, and support vendor negotiations.
  • Maintain organized documentation, schedules, and production resources across projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve video production processes and workflows.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination across management, product, marketing, content, and video teams, communicating project status, risks, timelines, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Support and mentor junior team members or freelancers as needed.
  • BA/BS in the Arts, Film Production, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years minimum of professional video production experience; 3-5 years preferred.
  • Experience managing video projects from concept through delivery. Have a portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Office software (Mac preferred).
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe programs such as Primer and Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other appropriate video editing tools and production workflows.
  • Experience using social media platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
