• Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.
• Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments.
• Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention.
