Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with outside sales reps
  2. Interpret quote requests
  3. Understand technical specifications and drawings
  4. Determine required steps for fulfilling RFQ and scheduling
  5. Track status of projects
  6. Provide status feedback to sales reps quickly
  7. Learn and understand Icon's products
  8. Learn to become backup for the Inside Sales team's Order Administrator
  9. Working Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor/Solid Works (helpful, but not required)
  10. Perform other related duties as required
