Job description

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in making sure every part is built right the first time?
APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Sterling Heights, MI looking to add a their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to perform in-process inspections, including leak testing and weld checks, to ensure all parts meet quality standards throughout production. What your day will look like:
  • Perform in-process inspections of parts and assemblies during production
  • Conduct leak testing to verify product integrity and performance
  • Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
  • Use hand tools, gauges, and inspection equipment to measure and verify parts
  • Identify defects and non-conforming materials, and report issues promptly
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in floor inspection, quality control, or manufacturing environment
