What are Hourly OGCs?

Hourly OGCs, or Hourly Outside General Counsels, are legal professionals who provide general counsel services to organizations on an hourly basis rather than as full-time, in-house staff. They help businesses address a range of legal issues including contracts, compliance, risk management, and employment law. Hiring an Hourly OGC allows companies to access experienced legal advice as needed, offering flexibility and cost savings compared to maintaining a full-time legal department.
