Job description

Position title : Modeling and Simulation Support Lead Location : Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC Clearance required : SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Direct and manage the Simulation Support Section. * Develop, maintain, and refine 3D terrain databases. * Oversee simulation support operations and ensure quality, accuracy, and training relevance. * Lead and mentor team members responsible for simulation scenario development, terrain modeling, and media production. * Coordinate simulation support requirements with training staff, instructors, and stakeholders. * Ensure all simulation products align with Army standards and mission training objectives. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree. * In-depth Army Modeling and Simulation concepts * In-depth Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and TerraVista Dart (or equivalent terrain creation/authoring suite). * Leadership/supervisory skills. * 2 years with virtual/constructive computer simulations, video editing, and authoring simulation scenarios. Desired/Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years supervisory experience of a media/terrain modeling development team (constructive/virtual simulations).
