Job description

The Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, supporting a team, and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Fond Du Lac, WI
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lift and move materials as directed.
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Dig, refill holes, and assist with site cleanup.
- Perform general labor activities as needed.
- Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have 6inch lace up work boots.
- 4 years of prior related experience

Work Environment:
- Physical labor is a major component of the role
- Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds for most of the workday
- Occasional exposure to risks such as cuts, burns, or chemicals
- Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
- Work is conducted primarily outdoors in a manual labor setting
