Spray Foam Installer - Mid-Atlantic Division

Position Type: Full Time / Manual Labor
Location: Chesapeake, Richmond, Charlottesville, Manassas, VA, Baltimore, MD (Serving the Mid-Atlantic Region)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business! We are the largest spray foam insulator and air barrier company on the East Coast, yet we are a tight-knit group with a strong focus on team safety and individual development... and we enjoy what we do. We are looking for a career-minded individual for our division in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

This position is primarily responsible for the safe and quality installation of spray polyurethane foam insulation on commercial and government projects across the Mid-Atlantic. We require professional-level experience and a positive, forward-thinking attitude to ensure the durability and effectiveness of our installations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average Annual Salary: $94K
  • Incentives: $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS, Production Pay, and Per Diem for travel available.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must first and foremost be a cultural fit for our team.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insulation installations or related construction trades.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting (at least 60 lbs.), climbing, and working at heights.
  • Logistics: Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.
  • Safety: Knowledge of construction safety standards and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Installation: Apply foam evenly to walls, roofs, ceilings, and other surfaces to required thickness and coverage.
  • Equipment Mastery: Operate spray foam rigs, proportioners, hoses, and spray guns safely and efficiently; maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition.
  • Site Prep: Prepare job sites by cleaning surfaces, masking areas, and setting up equipment.
  • Material Management: Measure and mix insulation materials according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Quality & Collaboration: Inspect completed work for proper adhesion and compliance; work with project managers and crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred but not required
  • CPR/First Aid preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
