Required Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and maintain machine shop equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Ability to read blueprints and fabricate components to exact specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Experience with CNC G&M code programming.
  • Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
