How You’ll Make an Impact

Plan and schedule machining operations to meet quality, delivery, and output targets.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.

Experience leading teams in a machining or machine shop environment.

Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC operations, and production workflows.

Background in CNC programming, tooling, and multi‑axis machining optimization.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, machining specifications, and GD&T.
