Job description

We are hiring a Part-Time Clubhouse Attendant for our community at The Links at Bentonville Apartments!

This is a custodial-style role where you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the clubhouse! At the direction of the Community Director, you will be responsible for keeping the clubhouse in peak condition by assuring all cleaning and reporting duties are completed as assigned.

Typical hours will be 6pm-9pm 6 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clubhouse
  • Perform any special projects assigned to you by the community director
  • Report any maintenance issues found while working
  • Collecting and taking trash out
  • Sanitize fitness center & equipment
  • Clean floors, walls, bathrooms, and office spaces

Requirements

  • Must live on-site (Required)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
