How you’ll contribute
  • Assemble key components using the right mix of hand tools, power tools, and equipment—precisely as documented.
  • Complete entry-level assemblies that meet targets for quality, volume, efficiency, and customer specs.
  • Communicate proactively on rush orders, component quality questions, and inventory record updates.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by following procedures and suggesting improvements.
  • Keep your station neat and organized.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Manufacturing Execution software.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team goals and support other duties as assigned.
Skills and background
  • High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Comfortable with hand/power tools and standard shop equipment.
  • Sense of urgency with smart prioritization for customer commitments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Where you’ll work

Most tasks are indoors with shelter from weather, though temperatures may fluctuate. Some work occurs near open bays without climate control.

Distribution and Valve operations can include periods of elevated noise and vibration from engines, air compressors, and air-powered tools. Hearing protection should be used.

Expect proximity to moving mechanical parts and equipment, heavy components, potential electrical shock, compressed air, and chemical exposure.

Common tools and equipment you’ll encounter: air power tools, electric drill, drill press, crimping machines, grinders (hand and bench), wrenches, heat guns, lathe, torches, welders, various hand tools, mills, and electric cords. Valve: CNC.

Physical expectations
  • Lift up to 70 lbs on occasion; 50 lbs frequently; 25 lbs regularly depending on task.
  • Maintain steady focus to complete tasks correctly.
  • Lift from floor level to above shoulder; transport parts/tools/equipment across areas and levels.
  • Exhibit strong hand–eye coordination; stand or sit for up to 4 continuous hours.
  • Reach in any direction; grasp, turn, and pull tools, wrenches, parts, and equipment.
  • Perform fine, finger-intensive work; use touch to assess size, shape, temperature, or texture.
