Job description

At KenCrest, our Adult Medical Community Home staff create a safe, nurturing environment for medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities.
As a STAFF NURSE, you'll play a vital role in overseeing your residents' daily care: medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care, and always - plenty of love. You'll also accompany them to medical appointments, engage in community outings, or simply enjoy quiet moments on the patio.

You'll have a dedicated team, including a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and 24/7 doctor on call - all working together to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Qualifications:
  • Valid RN/LPN License in the state of PA; we also accept Compact licenses
  • Minimum 2 years of tracheostomy and ventilator management experience, preferred
  • Valid and Current driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years' of driving experience required) *Driver's License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence*
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
  • Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements

Why Join KenCrest?
  • Make a meaningful impact in residents' lives
  • Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Receive competitive compensation and benefits
