What is an hourly Kaiser RN?

Hourly Kaiser Registered Nurses (RNs) are licensed nursing professionals employed by Kaiser Permanente who are compensated on an hourly basis rather than a salaried or per diem arrangement. They provide a range of patient care services, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Hourly RNs typically work scheduled shifts in various departments, such as hospitals, clinics, or specialty centers.
