Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate injection molding machinery, ensuring peak performance and product quality.
  • Use precision measurement tools and microscopes for detailed inspection and analysis.
  • Assist with product flow management within the molding process, troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and uphold safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with injection molding machinery and assembly.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Shift Details:

  • First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM

Schedules follow a rotating pattern with alternating weekends off. Training for third shift will be conducted on the second shift for 4–6 weeks prior to transition.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
