Job description


Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of caring individuals who are committed to helping patients lead healthier and happier lives! As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be managing a changing caseload of patients every day with a focus on Gastrointestinal issues, Weight-Loss and Nutrition . You will be assessing their needs, ordering or performing tests, interpreting results, and offering diagnoses, prescriptions, and referrals, as needed. The ideal candidate has experience working with weight management patients can multitask efficiently, and has an excellent bedside manner. Experience in Gastroenterology is a huge plus!
We have one office location in Roswell, GA and there will be no commuting to other offices. Our company values are centered around creating a great experience for patients, attention to detail, honesty, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow in your position.
Responsibilities 
  • Offer medical advice and service to all clients in our office practice, including diagnosing issues and illnesses, prescribing appropriate medications, and offering referrals as needed to other specialists
  • Order or perform tests as needed, and analyze results in a timely manner to offer diagnosis 
  • Manage a reasonable patient caseload while providing exceptional care
  • Properly complete all appropriate paperwork for each patient seen and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and support through conferences and events to continue to offer the best, up to date care for every patient 
Qualifications
  • All licensing and certification required to perform job function within the state
  • Graduation from an accredited School
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to provide exceptional care to each and every patient 
Schedule:
This is a part-postion that could grow to full time in the future. The starting schedule wil be 2 days per week (Tues, Thurs)  8:30am - 4:30pm. Schedule can be negotiated.
