Job description

The Green Farm Juicery – Hiring at West Chester & Mason

We're seeking a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead our team at The Green Farm Juicery, a vibrant juicery and smoothie shop dedicated to health, wellness, and exceptional customer experiences.

As the Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations while working alongside your team as a smoothie barista when needed. You'll be responsible for leading and developing employees, driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and creating a positive, high-performing culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys coaching others, taking ownership, and making a direct impact on the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, profitable, and smooth business operations
  • Lead by example by working alongside the team to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Create employee schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and company standards
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, control food costs, and minimize product waste

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while creating positive guest experiences
  • Drive sales through community engagement, upselling, team coaching, and operational excellence
  • Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and efficiency
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all local health regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Communicate regularly with ownership regarding store performance, staffing, operational needs, and opportunities for growth
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, local community events, and in-store promotions
  • Perform smoothie barista responsibilities as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or food service
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, labor management, and daily operations
  • Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic technology
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Reliable, dependable, and accountable with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards
  • Passion for health, wellness, and creating an outstanding guest experience
  • ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
