Job Summary:
Allen Control Systems (ACS) is a cutting-edge defense startup focused on developing an autonomous gun turret using advanced technology. They are seeking a highly skilled full stack developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise solutions that support critical business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications across the full stack.
• Optimize and enhance existing software for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Build, maintain, and integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms via APIs and middleware.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standards and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive continuous improvement of development processes.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across all layers of the stack.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-6 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (ex: React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong back-end development skills in one or more server-side languages (ex: C#, Java, Python, or Node.js).
• Experience with relational databases (ex: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing complex queries.
