Kforce's client, a stable, growth-oriented organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Grand Rapids, MI. Summary: The client is looking for a finance professional to support department leaders through planning, analysis, and decision support. This role partners closely with internal leadership to translate business needs into financial insights. Key Tasks: Act as a trusted finance partner supporting multiple corporate functions Drive budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis Provide clear insights around spend, trends, and key business drivers Translate operational priorities into financial recommendations and reporting Lead planning cycles and maintain supporting financial models and assumptions Analyze results vs. expectations and communicate insights to leadership Partner cross-functionally to support decision-making and resource planning Contribute to improving reporting, processes, and use of financial systems Requirements: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders Advanced Excel; Experience with financial systems a plus Candidate must live in West Michigan. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
