Position Summary

The General Laborer – Spray Up position plays a key role in Concast’s manufacturing process by producing high-quality precast concrete products. This is a hands-on, first-shift role working with forms, materials, and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.


No prior experience required — we provide on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity to build skills in manufacturing, construction, or industrial work.


Key Responsibilities

Production & Spray Up Operations

  • Prepare and set up steel forms for concrete production
  • Operate spray equipment and apply concrete to molds
  • Strip finished products and clean molds for reuse
  • Load raw materials (sand, cement, fiberglass)
  • Start, stop, and monitor production equipment

Safety & Quality

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas

Teamwork & Production Support

  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Assist with material handling and equipment use
  • Support additional production tasks as needed
Requirements:
